- All items sold are considered AS IS. While every attempt is made to provide the most accurate information, we are not responsible for any errors in the lot information.

- A $100 deposit (per lot) will be taken at the time of purchase/pickup and will be returned once all items are picked up from winning bids.

- A liability waiver must be signed before access is granted to the storage area for item pickup. Valid Government photo ID will be required on pickup 

- Winning bids can be paid for by cash or e-transfer.

All lots are to be picked up at 230 Wyse Rd, Dartmouth NS. 

When picking up items, please come prepared to load as assistance may not be available on site.
