All appliances have been tested and inspected by a technician, and confirmed to be in good working order despite any cosmetic damage.   For auction purposes, they are considered AS-IS and hold no warranty.

Warranty available for purchase on most appliances.  Please contact store for information and pricing on a certain piece.

1. Winning bidder must pay and pick up their appliance within 10 days of auction closing.  Payment: Mastecard, Visa, E-Transfer or Cash in store.. No appliance will be removed from the sale site until payment is received by Bedford Appliance Warehouse. No Exceptions.

Please call to arrange pick up within operating hours Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm, Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm.

2. A buyers Fee of 5% will be added to all bids.

3. Furthermore bidders acknowledge that by bidding on an item they are entering into a legal contract with Bedford Appliance Warehouse. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before bidding. Please call to arrange in-person viewing.  No returns are allowed.

 4. Payment: Mastecard, Visa, E-Transfer or Cash in store.. Payments required within 7 days of auction closing. No appliance will be removed from the sale site until payment is received by Bedford Appliance. No Exceptions.

5. While descriptions are believed to be correct, the seller makes no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. No allowance will be made or no sale of any correcting of imperfection not otherwise noted. No allowance will be made for damaged items as all items are sold as is and without recourse.

6. The seller reserves the right to withdraw any items from the sale. The seller also reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids

7. .Due the nature of web, apps and technology, Bedford Appliance Warehouse reserves the right to pause, cancel or restart the bidding of any auction if the Auction Advantage system is experiencing errors.

8. Any bid in the last 60 seconds will extend the bidding on that item by 60 seconds.
