How long do I have to pick up the items I have won?

We will hold your items for 5 business days from the date of the scheduled pick up. If items are not picked up or the customer has not reached out to us for an extension the items will be forfeited to The Open Box Co without refund. We do this as we need the space in our warehouse for future auctions.

What if an item is broken or damaged?

For any items broken or damaged we offer a 7business day return policy. If the item is returned within 7business days we will provide a full refund at our disclosure.
